Capa® 3041

Primary hydroxyl groups containing trifunctional caprolactone polyol. It is an easy to process, shape and apply clear, colorless liquid that is non-toxic, odorless and biodegradable in nature. Exhibits very low molecular weight, excellent strength, abrasion resistance and water solubility. Offers fast wetting, gloss, superior performance, hydrolytic stability, outstanding flexibility even at low temperatures and lasting outdoor performance. Shows strong adhesion on difficult and sensitive substrates including leather under demanding conditions. Suitable for very hard polyurethanes and micro-cellular foams. Used as a chain extender in polyurethane elastomers. Applications include automotive and industrial segments including seals & gaskets. Listed in AICS, DSL, NDSL, CIECS, EINECS/ ELINCS, ENCS, KECI, NZIoC and TSCA.
