TERATE® HT 5349

TERATE® HT 5349 by Stepan Company is a highly functional, aromatic polyester polyol specifically used in polyurethane (PUR) closed-cell spray foams for both wall and roof insulation applications that requires a fire-resistance rating. It delivers burn performance in industry testing, forming char with minimum shrinkage and high weight retention. TERATE® HT 5349 improves ease of processing during rigid foam production and cold adhesion for spray applications. Recommended use level in spray foams formulation is 35-65% in the B-side polyol blends.
