2,2'-Bis(3-aryl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propane by Mitsui Chemicals is an aromatic phenol monomer, BPCA. The polymer made from it exhibit excellent heat resistance, flexibility and shock resistance. Suggested for epoxy resins for use as curing and resin reforming. Possesses excellent mechanical property. 2,2'-Bis(3-aryl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propane complies with TSCA, EINECS/ELINCS 217-121-1, ENCS (4)-1587 and ISHL 7-(4)-622 inventories.
