Linear polyester diol derived from caprolactone monomer (terminated by primary hydroxyl groups). It is easy to process, shape and apply. Also, it is non-toxic, odorless and biodegradable in nature. Exhibits consistent crystallization, excellent strength, abrasion resistance, low viscosity and low impurity content. Offers superior performance, outstanding flexibility even at low temperatures and lasting outdoor performance. Shows strong adhesion on difficult and sensitive substrates including leather under demanding conditions. Specially developed as an intermediate for the production of high quality polyurethane elastomers, where outstanding resistance to hydrolysis is required and it is recommended for fibers. Applications include automotive and industrial segments including seals & gaskets. Listed in AICS, DSL, NDSL, CIECS, EINECS/ ELINCS, ENCS, KECI, NZIoC, PICCS and TSCA.
