Premium grade linear polycaprolactone diol derived from caprolactone monomer (terminated by primary hydroxyl groups). Exhibits outstanding flexibility even at low temperatures, low viscosity, gloss, hydrolytic stability, excellent strength, UV resistance and abrasion resistance. It shows consistent and adjustable reactivity and a lasting outdoor performance for polyurethane materials. It has low impurities and is non-toxic, biodegradable, easy to process with short cycle times, shape and apply. Provides strong adhesion on difficult and sensitive substrates and shows consistent crystallization. It possesses consistent and narrow molecular weight distribution and overall excellent mechanical properties. It plays a role in remarkable cold flex fatigue, improved compression sets and improved tear strength. It has been specially developed as a high performance product to produce cast or thermoplastic elastomers with better prepolymer stability and improved hydrolysis resistance. Applications in automotive and industrial segments include seals and gaskets and in leisure products, mining screens, acoustic submarine tiles, wheels and rollers.
