RU-1600 by Procachem is poly(1,6-hexylene adipate). This polyol is a saturated hydroxyl terminated linear polyester. Exhibits excellent low temperature flexibility, excellent mechanical strength, good softness and good hydrolysis resistance. It is hygroscopic in nature and should be protected from atmospheric moisture. RU-1420 is suitable for use in urethane prepolymers and thermoplastic urethanes (TPU).
