RU -1641

RU-1641 by Procachem is poly(1,6-hexylene 1.4-butylene adipate) (glycol molar ratio:1.6-nexandeiol/1.4-butanediol=1/1). This polyol is a saturated hydroxyl terminated linear polyester. Exhibits excellent low temperature flexibility, excellent mechanical strength, good softness and good hydrolysis resistance. It is hygroscopic in nature and should be protected from atmospheric moisture. It is a clear and clean viscous liquid. RU-1641 is suitable for use in urethane prepolymers, synthetic leather and thermoplastic urethanes (TPU).
