1,4-butanediol dimethacrylate. It is a di-functional monomer. It offers high solvency, hardness, weatherability and an improved thermal stability. SR214A exhibits chemical resistance, heat resistance, abrasion resistance and water resistance. It does not support high temperatures, localized heat sources (drum or band heaters), oxidizing conditions, freezing conditions, direct sunlight, ultraviolet radiation, and inert gas blanketing. Possesses an incompatibility with strong oxidizers, strong reducers, free radical initiators, inert gases, and oxygen scavengers. Used in elastomers and photoresists electronics. Can be used in photopolymers & polymer concrete.
