SIPOMER® BCEA by Syensqo is an APE-free, beta-carboxyethyl acrylate monomer for T_g modification binder solution. It is used in the manufacturing of synthetic resins. It provides carboxylic acid groups in copolymers and enhanced mechanical properties & improved chemical- and water resistance to the polymer systems. It promotes adhesion of polymer resins to metal, glass, concrete and other inorganic substrates in many applications, including industrial, maintenance, automotive and architectural. It is effective when used as a replacement for other carboxylic acid monomers. It is useful for importing latex stability and emulsion copolymer adhesion. SIPOMER® BCEA is listed in TSCA, AICS, DSL, CSCL, KECI, IECSC, PICCS, TCSI NZIoC and REACH.
