Luprofil® Scarlet 44-6105 C4

Luprofil® Scarlet 44-6105 C4 by BASF is calcium 4-[(5-chloro-4-methyl-2-sulphonatophenyl)azo]-3-hydroxy-2-naphthoate based pigment with approx. 40% pigment content in polypropylene binder (PP and wax). Pigment used is sufficiently stable to heat and shows good to excellent fastness properties. Luprofil® Scarlet 44-6105 C4 is designed for mass-dyeing of polypropylene yarns and fibers. The preparation can be dosed gravimetrically, volumetrically or by metering extruder. Dosage depends on the desired shade and is usually from 1.0-4.0%.
