Oppasin® Blue 6900

Oppasin® Blue 6900 by Sun Chemical (DIC) is Cu phthalocyanine pigment. Is an organic pigment in optimum distribution in a powder mixture with a solvent-soluble copolymer of vinyl chloride. It offers water-, light- and solvent-fastness. It is strong in color and yield vivid pure shades. Is added to the rubber mix together with extenders and vulcanization additives after mastisizing the components, then the mixture is finished as usual. In transparent mixtures they yield transparent colorations, particularly interesting for dip molding. Oppasin® Blue 6900 complies with the requirements of the EU Directive on end-of-life vehicles, 2000/53/EC, EU Directive on packaging and packaging waste, 94/62/EC and the EU Directive on electrical equipment, 2002/95/EC. Used in food packaging.
