Oppasin® Scarlet 3700

Oppasin® Scarlet 3700 by BASF is BON-Red 2B, Ba lake pigment. Is an organic pigment in optimum distribution in a powder mixture with a solvent-soluble copolymer of vinyl chloride. Is added to the rubber mix together with extenders and vulcanization additives after mastisizing the components, then the mixture is finished as usual. Offers water and light fastness. It is strong in color and yield vivid pure shades. In transparent mixtures they yield transparent colorations, particularly interesting for dip molding. Oppasin® Scarlet 3700 complies with the requirements of the EU Directive on end-of-life vehicles, 2000/53/EC, EU Directive on packaging and packaging waste, 94/62/EC and the EU Directive on electrical equipment, 2002/95/EC.
