PLASBLAK® LL 6055

PLASBLACK® LL6055 by Cabot is a SRF carbon black pigment masterbatch containing an antioxidant and processing aid additive with LLDPE as carrier resin. It is compatible with LLDPE, MDPE, HDPE and PP. It helps to improve output and offers a smooth surface finish. It incorporates a stabilisation package particularly designed for processors who use recyclate in their pipe formulation. It is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. It is used in the manufacture of drip irrigation pipe systems. The additional level of masterbatch added depends on the performance requirements of the final application. Typical addition rates of PLASBLACK® LL6055 vary from 4% to 5%.
