PLASBLAK® LL3608

SRF carbon black masterbatch with LLDPE as polymer carrier. It is compatible with LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP and ethylene copolymers. It provides efficient pigmentation in thick section film, compounding and recycling applications. It offers a high level of carbon black dispersion. It is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. Its various applications include the injection molding of drippers and extrusion of drip irrigation pipes where some resistance to weathering is required. The addition level of masterbatch depends on the performance requirements of the final application. Its typical addition rates vary from 2% to 5%.
