Carbon black pigment. It is produced through the cracking, dehydrogenation and nucleation of hydrocarbons. It exhibits high jetness, high gloss, low oil absorption & easy dispersion. JE-BLACK JE2100 increases modulus, stiffness and abrasive resistance of the elastomer by reinforcement. The reinforcement mainly results from the carbon gel formation, which is formed through the creation of an infinite network structure by the carbon black and elastomer molecules. Used in rubber and PVC products. Can also be used in an injection molding.
