JE-BLACK JE85

Carbon black pigment. It is produced through the cracking, dehydrogenation and nucleation of hydrocarbons. It exhibits easy dispersion and has large particle size. JE-BLACK JE85 increases modulus, stiffness and abrasive resistance of the elastomer by reinforcement. The reinforcement mainly results from the carbon gel formation, which is formed through the creation of an infinite network structure by the carbon black and elastomer molecules. Used in rubber products.
