Plasticolors® DL-50056

Plasticolors® DL-50056 by Chromaflo Technologies is a green color polychlorinated copper phthalocyanine (25%) pigment. It is pumpable, flowable and pourable in a manner that makes it exceptionally easy to handle. Its ability to achieve low viscosity allows for less waste left over in the container. Pigment solid concentration is optimized to balance viscosity with the color strength. Plasticolors® DL-50056 contains no solvents or reactive monomers. It is heavy metal-free and produces high tint strength. It is dispersed in a highly reactive polyether polyol to maximize compatibility and produce a color system designed to provide excellent color performance in tinting or full pigmentation systems. It is compatible with polyether polyols and polyureas. It is suitable for third-stream operations. It is used in broad range of polyurethane systems, particularly in RIM, flexible and slabstock foam, spray elastomers, cast elastomer and shoe soles applications. It has shelf life of 24 months.
