LUXAN B241 by Eckart is a non-leafing, free-flowing pearlescent pigment with interference red reflection color. It comprises of platelets of glass flakes coated with titanium dioxide and small amounts of tin oxide. It offers a brilliant and strong color intensity owing to homogeneous surfaces and intensive glitter effect. It creates much greater optical transparency than is possible with conventional pearlescent pigment. LUXAN B241 is designed for plastics. It has a shelf life of 120 months.
