Moonshine® Blue Sparkle

Moonshine® Blue Sparkle by Glassflake is a special effect interference pigment containing calcium sodium borosilicate (70-81 wt%), tin oxide (0-1 wt%) and titanium dioxide (19-29 wt%). It is based on thin borosilicate glass flake which has an average thickness of 1.2 microns and is coated with high refractive index metal oxides. Moonshine® Blue Sparkle displays strong interference color combined with high transparency and extraordinary gloss. It is used in polymers. It is listed on TSCA, EINECS/ELINCS, DSL, AICS, ENCS, KIEC, ECL, IECSC, NZloc, TCSI, PICCS, Switzerland and CIRS inventory.
