HALI 221 by Hali Industrial is a mica, tin dioxide and titanium (IV) oxide-based interference pearl pigment. It has rutile fine blue satin color and is blue by reflection. HALI 221 is used in masterbatch, decorative material, home appliances, stationery, toy, films, shoes, food and cosmetic packing and button as well as in PVC, PU artificial leather and rubbers.
