ECO-16 by Hangzhou Epsilon Chemical is fluorescent golden yellow pigment. It is environment friendly liquid pigment with very fine particle size, very strong fluorescence and good dispersion. It is free from formaldehyde, heavy metals, APEO (alkylphenol ethoxylates) and the 24 banned aromatic amines. ECO-16 is widely used in coloring for paper and water-based PU polyurethane leather. It conforms to environment requirements from EU.
