Davis Color™ Black 8084

Concentrated carbon black (lampblack) pigment expressly manufactured for mixing into concrete. Is extremely strong; approximately five times stronger than metal-based pigments and has a deep, jet-blue shade. Exhibits stability to sunlight and UV radiation, resistance to alkali and good weather resistance. Does not contain any calcium sulfate. Meets ASTM D209 standard specification for lampblack pigment and complies with all respects of ASTM C-979 standards for integral concrete colors except it effects air-entrainment. Used for plastics and rubbers applications.
