JCOLOR® JC200-Red

Solid solution of fluorescent dyes in a polyamide resin. It acts as a formaldehyde-free and thermoplastic fluorescent pigment. It shows good resistance to plateout, melt-in, heat stability up to 300°C, good tinting strength, broad compatibility, color fastness and is fade resistant with minimal color shifts over a wide processing temperature range. It has an appearance like solid irregular shaped particles of a red color. It is recommended for plastics and used for preparing extruded color compounds and liquid color dispersions for use in injection, rotational as well as blow molding, extruded film & sheet, blown & calendared film, vacuum forming, casting, etc. It is applied in HDPE, LDPE, PP, and PS systems with minimum adjustment to the processing conditions.
