KRONOS® 2220

KRONOS® 2220 by Kronos is titanium dioxide pigment. It is a rutile pigment produced by the chloride process and surface treated with aluminum, silicon and polysiloxane compounds. It confers high durability on plastics for outdoor uses and imparts very high brightness and a neutral tone in whites. It possesses high tinting strength and hiding power and is readily wetted and dispersed. KRONOS® 2220 is suitable for PVC, flexible and rigid, polyolefins, polystyrene and copolymers, plasticizer pastes & liquids colorants and engineering plastics. It is suitable for plastic applications which require high outdoor durability and very good optical properties. It meets the highest demands on material handling, dispersibility, optical properties and weather resistance.
