KRONOS® 2450

KRONOS® 2450 by Kronos is an efficient, titanium dioxide pigment. It is a rutile pigment produced by the chloride process and surface treated with aluminum, silicon, polysiloxane and polyalcohol compounds. It disperses readily and enables production of high-pigment concentrates and confers very high brightness and a neutral tone in whites. This economical pigment possesses very high tinting strength & a bluish tone in colored systems and provides very good opacity in films and injection moldings. Recommended for indoor applications only. KRONOS® 2450 is suitable for use in masterbatches and compounds, polystyrene and copolymers, PVC films and engineering plastics.
