MIFAST DISPERVYN VI 4010/15 M

MIFAST DISPERVYN VI 4010/15 M by MIFAR is highly concentrated orange colored dinitroaniline-based pigment dispersion (50%) in vinyl chloride/ vinyl acetate copolymer (50%). It is readily soluble in ketone-rich solvents blends and is suitable for finished PU split leathers and finished PU synthetic material. It is compatible with a wide range of resins. It shows alkali-, acid-, solvent-, butter- and soap resistance. It leads to maximum development of the color intensity, maximum transparency and less bottom effects (no tendency to settling, no flocculation). It is not flammable and gives higher product stability on storage. It provides outstanding shade purity and simple cleaning of the plant and prevention of pollution. Its advantages include streamlined production process, great production flexibility, short production cycles, reduced inventory and reduced power consumption in manufacturing due to easy dispersibility. It offers light fastness, higher gloss, good adhesion, brightness, application uniformity, higher pigment concentration as well as dust-free environment in work space allows better health preservation. MIFAST DISPERVYN VI 4010/15 M is used in PVC covering and plastic clothes.
