Stan-Tone™ 12EPX03 by Avient is diarylide heat resistant red shade pigment. It consists of the selected pigments dispersed in a bisphenol-A undiluted epoxy resin with an epoxide equivalent of 185. This colorant contains high pigment loading for optimum economics but can be diluted by the user if a lower viscosity is desired. It meets the requirements for heat stability, light-fastness, weatherability, toxicity and other factors. Stan-Tone™ 12EPX03 is designed for use in a variety of thermoset epoxy systems. It is used in cost-effective pigment systems. The recommended usage level is 1.0-5.0% by weight.
