PREBLACK PE 700-40

Special carbon black (p-type) PE based black masterbatch with PE-LD as carrier polymer. It has been developed for the coloring of PE-LD and PE-HD products when maximum UV-resistance and pureness is required. The moisture absorption and sulphur content of PREBLACK PE 700-40 are very low preventing odor problems. It is approved for use in contact with foodstuffs according to BgVV regulations, as long as the content of carbon black in the produced product is less than 2, 5%. Its dosage rate is 0.5 - 10 % depending on desired blackness and UV-protection.
