Ultramarine RS 05

Sodium Alumino Sulphosilicate. Acts as a general purpose inorganic pigment. It is a high tinting strength, mid shade Ultramarine blue. Is heat fast, light fast, easy to disperse and approved worldwide for use in sensitive applications such as food contact plastics. Offers poor acid fastness and good alkali fastness properties. It is widely used alone to obtain a bright, transparent shade of blue, or in combination with other pigments such as titanium dioxide, with which it gives an attractive pastel shade. Used in toys.
