SUKANO® White Masterbatch

SUKANO® White Masterbatch by Sukano is a white masterbatch for gloss, brightness and opacity into PET. It features high pigment concentration and excellent dispersion. It is designed for sustainability and tested according to the EPBP test protocol for recyclability applied to specific formulated mono layer white PET bottles using Sukano tailored made formulation. In thin-film and oriented film applications, it significantly improves filter behavior, efficiently reducing downtimes and logistic costs caused by clogged filters. It comes highly loaded, so a very low dosage is enough to make a major optical difference. In thermoformed trays and packaging applications, it enables excellent color results with high purity and cost-efficiency. In PET bottles it eliminates screw slippage or mold deposits. It ensures a stable manufacturing process and fast cycle times. Due to excellent dispersion, optimum opacity can be achieved even at minimum wall-thickness. SUKANO® White Masterbatch is suitable for PET, PBT and PLA polymers.
