Sinpolene MBW1434

Sinpolene MBW1434 by Teknor Apex is polypropylene-based, white masterbatch reinforced with titanium dioxide (50% filler by weight). The blue undertone is attributed to the fine crystal size rutile titanium dioxide. Sinpolene MBW1434 possesses high pigment loading due to which it imparts high coloring value with excellent loading and performance. This masterbatch demonstrates easy processing, good dispersion, high opacifying power and excellent whiteness. It is designed for injection molding and sheet extrusion of polypropylene. The recommended dosage is 2-8%. It is FDA compliant (unspecified rating).
