Sinpolene MBW3382

Sinpolene MBW3382 by Teknor Apex is a general purpose, low-density polyethylene-based, white masterbatch reinforced with titanium dioxide (70% filler by weight). This masterbatch contains antioxidant and processing additives. It is designed for tubular film blowing, blown & cast film, blow molding and sheet extrusion of polyolefins. Sinpolene MBW3382 possesses high pigment loading due to which it imparts high coloring value with excellent loading and performance. It demonstrates easy processing, good dispersion, high opacifying power, low die deposit and excellent whiteness. It is used for manufacturing of bottles, film and sheet. The recommended dosage is 5-24%.
