Cool Colors® 10466

Cool Colors® 10466 by Ferro is a chrome iron hematite pigment with a reddish shade. It is opaque to visible light with high NIR reflectance ("cool pigment"). It provides excellent heat-, light-, weather, acid-, alkali-, and solvent- fastness. It offers ease of dispersion, excellent dimensional stability, no warping and shrinkage. It has the ability to recycle black parts with NIR-based sorting systems, creating economic value and reduced waste disposal. Cool Colors® 10466 is suitable for PVC applications including siding and window profiles. Recommended for plastic roof tiles, single-ply roofing, agricultural films, sports fields, synthetic turf or artificial grass, garments, carpets, and automotive such as dashboards, steering wheels, and upholstery.
