Polymers additives supplied by Imerys

Imerys' Polarite™ range is used in polyamides to enhance key performance requirements including excellent dimensional stability, rigidity and impact strength while reducing warpage and shrinkage of the molding. The range consists of amino-silane treated calcined kaolins and hydrous kaolins surface-treated with amino-silane coupling agents. Polarite™ grades are particularly suited for boosting the properties of medium to high voltage cables and extruded products.
