SANYO Chemical Industries has developed three specialty products - PELESTAT 230, PELESTAT 201 and PELESTAT NC 7530, which impart permanent antistatic properties to polyolefin and polystyrene which is retained even after washing. These specialty products eliminate the common problems associated with migratory antistatic agents.
These additives minimally affect the original mechanical properties of polyolefin and polystyrene, which makes them best suited for medical applications.
