BRUGGOLEN® P12

BRUGGOLEN® P12 by Brüggemann is a very low-volatile, synergistic composition of lubricants and processing auxiliary. It offers perfect surface, high gloss and improved mold release. It provides improved feeding behavior for the plastic granules and hydrolysis protection of polyamides in combination with other BRUGGOLEN®-Additives. It imparts fast melt flow with reduced friction and good temperature stability. It is designed for use in polyamide (PA), polyesters (PET, PBT), polyacetals (POM) and other engineering thermoplastics. It is suitable for processing by dry blending, compounding on twin screw extrusion machines and injection molding. The dosage level of BRUGGOLEN® P12 is 0.2-1.0% depending on the polymer and the desired properties of the finished parts. The shelf life of the product is 12 months under (closed, dry, 25°C) conditions.
