Dabco® 3040

Dabco® 3040 is a mild balanced amine catalyst by Evonik. It works well in different kind of iso system like TDI, T/M, M/T and MDI systems. Exhibits excellent surface curing at lower mold temperature which therefore saves energy. It can be used as a sole catalyst or co-catalyst with other gelling or blowing catalysts. Dabco® 3040 is also used in the manufacture of all types of flexible molded foams.
