Dabco® BA201 by Evonik acts as a processing aid. Provides front-end delay while increasing back-end cure. It improves surface cure and increase the stiffness of PIR boards. Used for all polyether, polyester and polyether/ polyester based rigid PIR formulations. Also used in continuous insulation panels (flexible and metal faced). Recommended usage level of Dabco® BA201 ranges from 2.0 to 5.0 pph polyol.
