Dabco® SI1301

Dabco® SI1301 surfactant by Evonik is a low emission cell regulator. It is typically combined with a strong bulk stabilizer. This dual surfactant approach offers improved formulating latitude for complex tooling geometries. It has regular, consistent and fine cell structure. Possesses excellent foam surface appearance across a wide range of mold temperatures (55–70°C). It eliminates basal cell formation. Dabco® SI1301 surfactant is used in high resiliency TDI, TDI/MDI and MDI flexible foams. It can also be used in shoe sole applications.
