Dabco® SI3203

Dabco® SI3203 by Evonik is a silicone surfactant by Evonik. Provides very efficient emulsification, nucleation and stabilization, resulting in fine as well as uniform foams with excellent insulation properties. It has non hydrolysable structure for excellent premix stability and good compatibility with rigid foam polyol pre-blends. Exhibits excellent density distribution and low viscosity as well as freezing point allowing for easy handling and accurate pumping. Used for polyether, polyester and polyether/polyester based rigid PUR and PUR/PIR formulations. It is also used for appliance formulations and continuous as well as discontinuous insulation panels (flexible and metal faced). Dabco® SI3203 has recommended use level ranges from 1.0 to 2.5 pphp.
