Javachem® GT-355

Javachem® GT-355 by Javachem is an ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane dispersed in polyurethane elastomer (TPU). It enhances the production efficiency, surface gloss, mold-filling ability & mold release properties and reduces die-drool with improved processing fluidity and reduces torque. It also enhances mechanical performance due to decreased coefficient of friction and abrasion. It is suitable for injection molding, extrusion and blown film extrusion. Javachem® GT-355 can be used with all known additives and used together with fillers to promote the dispersion of fillers. It can be used as food contact additive in compliance with article 177.2600 and 181.28 of FDA. Its shelf life is of 2 years. The recommended dosage level is 1.0-5.0 % for TPU.
