Javachem® GW-6125

Javachem® GW-6125 by Javachem is a granular modified, high molecular weight silicone wax. It provides good lubrication, slip & anti-sticking properties, abrasion and scratch resistance. It enhances melt fluidity, surface properties and reduces melt viscosity due to its excellent fillers dispersions. It improves wear resistance and reduces surface coefficient of friction. It can be used with all known additives and used together with fillers to promote the dispersion of fillers. The recommended dosage level is 0.5-5.0% for PE, PP, TPE and EVA. It is suitable for blown film extrusion and injection molding. Javachem® GW-6125 can be used as the food contact additive in compliance with article 181.28 of FDA. Its shelf life is of 2 years.
