CEVO® -process J-4420

CEVO® -process J-4420 by Voelpker is a partially saponified organic ester wax, based on renewable plant waxes. It acts as a processing aid, gloss booster, surface improver, flow improver, lubricant, nucleating-, mold release- and dispersing agent. It is available in light yellowish colored flakes or powder form. It mainly consists of natural long-chain fatty acids (mainly C19–C32). It is compatible with PA, PP, PU/TPU, PE, PC, PS, PVC, TPE, POM, blends, bio-based polymers (PLA), epoxy resins, engineering plastics, phenolic resins, styrenics, polyurethane, ABS and PBT. It is perfectly suitable for thermoplastic polymers, that are derived from renewable resources. CEVO® -process J-4420 is used in filled plastics, color masterbatches and wide range of plastics applications. It is DIN certified. It is REACH, RoHS and CONEG compliant. It is listed on TSCA (USA) and DSL (Canada) inventory. It has a maximum shelf life of 5 years.
