Javachem® AF-600

Javachem® AF-600 by Javachem is an ultra-high molecular weight, organic-group modified fluoro-silicone copolymer with polypropylene as the carrier. It is used for improving the processing performance and surface performance such as water-proof, oil-proof and anti-fouling properties of polyolefin materials. It offers excellent thermal, chemical and oxygen stability. It is suitable for injection molding, extrusion and blown film extrusion. It can be used with all known additives and used together with fillers to promote the dispersion of fillers. It can be used as food contact additive in compliance with article 177.1520 (c) 1.1 and 181.28 of FDA. Javachem® AF-600 has a shelf life of 2 years. The recommended dosage level is 1.0-10.0% for polyolefin polymer.
