Javachem® GT-805

Javachem® GT-805 by Javachem is an ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane dispersed in PA6. It improves processing fluidity, production efficiency, demolding properties and reduces torque. It can also improve the surface of glass fiber reinforced material and its brightness along with enhanced smooth touch feel. It is suitable for injection molding and extrusion. Javachem® GT-805 can be used with all known additives and used together with fillers to promote the dispersion of fillers. The recommended dosage level is 0.5-5.0 %. It can be used as food contact additive in compliance with article 177.1500 (b) 6.1 and 181.28 of FDA. Its shelf life is of 2 years.
