Rhenogran® HPCA-50

Rhenogran® HPCA-50 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a cross-linking activator and stabilizer for CR, HIIR, ECO, CO and other halogenated polymers and acrylic rubber, ACM and AEM. It causes a fast and safe vulcanization and can achieve excellent heat aging properties. It can be used as replacement for MgO in polychloroprene compounds and guanidine accelerators in acrylic rubber. In combination with Rhenogran® Triazine TM-70/AEMD, it acts as co-agent for lead-free curing of epichlorohydrine compounds (CO, ECO). Recommended dosage level for CR, HIIR is 2-5 phr and CO, CPE, ECO is 0.5-2 phr. Rhenogran® HPCA-50 has a shelf life of 2 years.
