HXA CE 425

Aliphatic diamine. Acts as a chain extender, hardener, hindered amine light stabilizer. Can be used as a crosslinker for epoxy matrix resins. HXA CE 425 helps the formulator adjust their formulation by slowing down the reaction rate compared to primary aliphatic amines. It provides excellent processing characteristics with standard epoxy resins used in filament winding and resin infusion. It is non-blushing and possesses low vapor pressure as well as low viscosity. HXA CE 425 systems will be more robust and tougher in performance. It offers outstanding price performance ratio and ease of formulation. Possesses faster film property development and green strength. Has better system thermal stability, improved system processability as well as excellent UV & color stability. HXA CE 425 slows down the gel time allowing better adhesion, flow & leveling and fiber penetration. It costs less and typical use levels are less than similar aliphatic secondary amines. Used for polyurea, polyurethane, and elastomer systems.
