In April 2018, H.I.G. Capital combined the pigment suppliers, Dominion Colour Corporation & LANSCO Colors to create a global company for the supply of color pigments and dispersions for the coatings, plastics, and ink industries. H.I.G. Capital has revealed the new name for this company - DCL Corporation.
An Exciting New Chapter for the Company
The new company name – DCL – combines letters that represent strong legacy while at the same time starting an exciting new chapter for the company. The new logo visually demonstrates this by using a modern, geometric pattern made from a rainbow of colors representing the vibrant pigment and dispersion business. DCL will continue its heritage of innovation and will be one of the world class suppliers to color consuming industries around the globe.
