Milliken Acquires Encapsys to Enhance Specialty Chemicals Portfolio

milliken-encapsys-aquisition Milliken & Company has formally acquired Encapsys. The transaction officially closed October 18, 2021. Headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin, Encapsys put a uniform polymeric shell around a core material at the micron level to create capsules.
