OQEMA expands its business through the acquisition of Alpkem d.o.o., strengthening its inorganic product line, circular economy business and the European infrastructure in South East Europe.
Infrastructure Expansion
OQEMA acquires Alpkem d.o.o. with main offices in Kranj, Slovenia. The company will be integrated in OQEMA Slovenia, managed by Marko Strazisar, during the course of the year.
With this acquisition, the OQEMA group is further expanding its infrastructure by focusing on a long-term solution, the network expansion of its own warehouses.
In addition, the broad product portfolio of inorganic chemistry complements the existing portfolio in Slovenia perfectly and strengthens OQEMA's Slovenian market position as well as the OQEMA Group’s South East European presence.
